How It Works

The premise of the Paul's Motors Bespoke buying service is that most people would much rather have a vehicle of their own choosing as opposed to settling for a car they may or may not want. They also want to make sure that the vehicle they buy is of a good quality, has not been damaged or abused, and is available for a fair price. Paul's Bespoke provides for all of that by offering the buyer total transparency in the purchase process and winds up feeling good about their purchase from all angles.

Paul's Bespoke begins with an interview with the perspective customer (buyer). Each customer is counselled on what type, brand, year and mileage vehicle will fit their needs. We will provide them, with insight as to how much they could expect to pay for their specified vehicle. Once agreed upon, the search for the vehicle will begin as follows:

Our Process

Together, the prospective buyer and Paul's Sales Coordinator will search the various auction sites for suitable vehicles that fit the buyer's stated criteria. These will include Mannheim Auctions, Mannheim OVE.Com, Etc. (This will afford us the added protection of a postsale inspection.)

Once found, the buyer will be asked to sign the Paul's Bespoke Buyers Service agreement, which stipulates the following:

  • A.  That the buyer agrees to purchase their desired car for the price agreed to with the on-line seller, plus direct related expenses, such as tax, title, license plates, etc and any fees normally accrued as part of a sale. Paul's Motors 1920 LLC will then acquire the vehicle via normal channels.*
  • B.  Paul's will be paid a flat commission of 10% of the acquisition price of the vehicle up $1,750.00 on a $17,500.00 vehicle. Anything over that will still be capped at $1,750.00
  • C.  Paul's will arrange for a post sale inspection to confirm the quality and merchantability of the vehicle.*
  • D.  Paul's will arrange transportation of said vehicle to our facility where it will once again be evaluated by our service shop.
  • E.  Paul's will clean, Prep and deliver the vehicle in accordance with Paul's current practice. Any expenses accrued will be passed along to the buyer*
  • F.  Paul's will, as per standard practice, take care of all licensing and documents*
